At Bright Mind Method, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with full transparency every step of the way.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Selected international destinations — contact us at info@brightmindmethod.com to confirm availability for your country

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods such as holidays. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase. There are no hidden fees.


Order Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@brightmindmethod.com.


Delivery Guarantee

We stand behind every order. If your order does not arrive within 30 days of your dispatch date, we will issue you a full refund or send a free replacement — your choice, no questions asked.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

US customers: All prices are displayed in USD. There are no additional customs fees for domestic US orders.

International customers: Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.


Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Bright Mind Method is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-shipment
  • A re-shipping fee may apply

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the packaging and product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or building management
  2. Allow 1–2 additional business days as carriers sometimes mark items as delivered prematurely
  3. Contact us at info@brightmindmethod.com if the package still cannot be located

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


US Customers - Compliance Notice

Our shipping practices comply with FTC (Federal Trade Commission) guidelines on shipping and delivery disclosures. Under FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule:

  • We will ship your order within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase
  • If we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund
